  • What should I do before the installers arrive?

  • When can I walk on my new floors after installation?

    That depends on the flooring type. Most vinyl and laminate can be walked on soon, but glue-down products or certain finishes may need 24 hours. You will receive post-install care instructions before the crew leaves, and you can always ask ahead of time to be prepared.

  • Will you move my furniture before installation?

    Yes, we can offer furniture moving as part of your service when needed. Just let us know so that we can plan accordingly.

  • What should I do when something spills on my carpet?

    Spills happen and cause us to cringe. Arm yourself with the right actions to save the day. Quickly blot up (don’t rub) as much as possible with a clean dry cloth. Most stains can be removed with mild dish soap and cold water. Harsh cleaners can damage your carpet. Always test those cleaners first in a hidden area. When in doubt, we’re a phone call away.   • Do you recommend sealers for tile or grout?

    We sure do! Ask about sealing during or after installation. Porous tiles, such as ceramic or natural stone, need protection.  A good sealer preserves the appearance of your floors by preventing grout stains.
